3. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed; this is not acceptance.
  • A contract is formed only when payment is processed and your items are dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected misuse.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in the currency of your country of residence (based on your shipping or billing location). Bien-Etre automatically localises pricing for international customers using current exchange rates.
  • Applicable taxes, including VAT or sales tax, are calculated and displayed at checkout according to your shipping destination and local tax regulations.
  • We may change prices at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using accepted payment methods.

5. Subscriptions

Some Bien-Etre products (e.g. the NAD⁺ Optimisation Plan) are offered on a subscription basis through our partner, Recharge.

  • Some Bien-Etre products and plans are offered on a subscription basis to provide ongoing support and convenience. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring payments at the interval selected at checkout.
  • All subscriptions are managed securely through Bien-Etre’s platform. You can view, update, pause, or cancel eligible subscriptions at any time via your Bien-Etre account.
  • Where a subscription includes a minimum commitment period — such as the NAD⁺ Optimisation Plan, which requires an initial three-month term — this will be clearly displayed on the product page prior to purchase. These subscriptions cannot be cancelled until the minimum period has been completed.
  • Cancellations for flexible subscriptions must be made at least five (5) business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Bien-Etre currently fulfils orders within selected regions, with shipping destinations clearly stated at checkout. As our operations expand, additional countries may be added, and shipping availability will be updated accordingly on our website.
  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but may vary.
  • Shipping costs are displayed prior to checkout.
  • Bien-Etre is not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g. customs, postal services).

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return rules carefully:

  • Diagnostic test kits: cannot be returned once opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Supplements: may be returned unopened and sealed within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding shipping).
  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving your return.
  • To initiate a return, email orders@bien-etre.ai with your order number and reason.
