AED 99 per month, including VAT. No joining fee.
When
Billed monthly in advance through the app, from the day you join.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in the app or by emailing info@bien-etre.ai. Benefits last to the end of the paid month.
Refunds
Fees and part-months aren't refunded. Your rights under UAE consumer law are unaffected.
SkinIQ is a wellness and personalisation tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Membership is bought inside the app and is available in the UAE only at launch.

Do I need membership to use SkinIQ?
No. The scan, your Skin Score, skin age and product recommendations are free and never ask for a card.
How do I join and pay?
Everything happens in the SkinIQ app. Take your scan, then join from the membership screen. Nothing is bought on this website.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in the app or by emailing info@bien-etre.ai. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for.
Is AED 99 the full price?
Yes. AED 99 per month including VAT, with no joining fee. Products are priced separately.
Where is membership available?
The UAE only at launch, because the Coach, 4-hour delivery and Kaya rates all depend on being there.
