Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. Bien Etre services are for wellness and personalisation. We measure and explain. Your physician diagnoses and treats. Every report is designed to be shared with them.
How does the finger-prick work?
A small lancet pricks your fingertip and you place a few drops of blood onto a collection card. It takes under five minutes, and the dried card travels back by ordinary post.
Which labs analyse my sample?
Samples are analysed in CLIA-accredited partner laboratories in North America and Europe.
How long do results take?
NutriIQ results arrive about seven days after the lab receives your sample. Each test page lists its own turnaround.
Can I share my results with my doctor?
Yes. Your digital report can be downloaded or shared directly with your physician or specialist.
